Open Positions:

 

1) Affiliate Manager

Job Purpose:
To assist in the growth of CPATrend by managing affiliate accounts, prospecting affiliates, and conducting phone interviews of applicants/potential affiliates, amongst other responsibilities.

Duties:

– Develop and maintain close business relationships with affiliates in order to provide the highest level of support.

– Maintain a level of familiarity with all aspects of accounts, including but not limited to affiliates’ traffic sources, marketing methods, etc.

– Contact potential affiliates and conduct interviews to pre-quality them.

– Check industry references of affiliates to further qualify them.

– Properly schedule phone calls and chat sessions based on time zones of clients.

– Analyze statistical data to identify trends, as well as to make informed decisions on how to maximize revenues for the affiliates and the company.  Use data to make positive optimizations, and scale up efforts and traffic volume.

– Use best judgement to determine what is most beneficial for the company and its’ brand.

– Attend related conferences and trade shows.

Desired Skills and Experience

The following skills are desired for the ideal candidate:

– Excellent communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team, while always meeting and exceeding deadlines and goals.

– Ability to efficiently multi-task communicating with clients and team via email, phone, instant messengers, and in person.

– At least 1-2 years of account management experience.

– Familiarity with internet marketing tracking platforms such as Cake Marketing, HasOffers, Linktrust, etc.

– Ability to think outside the box in developing strategies to grow new and old business.

Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (word, excel, etc.) is absolutely necessary.  General computer skills are necessary.

Language Skills:  Excellent communication skills.  Ability to effectively correspond with various business contacts, clients, prospects, managers and co-workers.

Education: Bachelor’s Degree

Salary: Based on Experience

 

2) Business Development

Job Purpose:

To directly assist in the growth of CPATrend by prospecting, researching, connecting with, and setting up new advertisers and potential clients in the CPATrend system.

Duties:

– Analyze trends within the internet marketing industry to discover high potential niches
– Reach out to potential clients on behalf of CPATrend and explore opportunities to work together.
– Check industry references of advertisers to ensure the quality of the client.
– Negotiate and complete contracts and insertion orders
– Maintain close business relationships with new advertisers and assigned accounts in order to provide the highest level of support.
– Maintain a level of familiarity with all aspects of accounts, including but not limited to affiliates’ traffic sources, marketing methods, etc.
– Properly schedule phone calls and chat sessions based on time zones of clients.
– Analyze statistical data to make informed decisions on how to maximize revenues for CPATrend and their clients.
– Represent yourself as part of the CPATrend team, always prioritizing what is most beneficial for the company and its’ brand.
– Attend related conferences and trade shows.
